Shop Policies
REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATION: There are no refunds and/or returns on all items. Orders will not be cancelled once they are placed.
READY TO SHIP (RTS) TUMBLERS: Ready to ship tumblers have a processing time of 5-7 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Processing time does not include the time the order takes during the actual shipping time.
MADE TO ORDER TUMBLERS: Made to order tumblers are exactly that: made to order. All tumblers that are not listed as ready to ship will have up to a 6-week processing time until shipped.
PRE-ORDER TUMBLERS: Pre-order tumblers will ship in 4-6 weeks.
PROCESSING TIME WILL BE BASED ON THE ITEM IN YOUR ORDER THAT HAS THE LONGEST TURNAROUND TIME. Example: If you order a ready to ship tumbler and a made to order tumbler within the same order, the RTS tumbler has a turnaround time of 5-7 business days and the MTO tumbler has a 10-week turnaround time, your order’s turnaround time (processing time) will be 10 weeks.
CUSTOMIZATIONS: When placing your order, you will be contacted via the email provided. Please check your emails or preferred contact (spam and junk as well) for communications with a member of the WTF staff. We can setup text or alternate communications after initial email if preferred. If communications go unanswered for more than 72 hours, your order will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee if order is started.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS- for every order.
BY MAKING A DOWN PAYMENT YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
**ALL SALES ARE FINAL** No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be given. You have 24 hours after receiving your order to report any issues. Please open and inspect your orders promptly. This is to ensure that damage reported occurred from delivery, and not at the fault of the buyer's misuse of item. Due to varying sizes of car cup holders, we cannot guarantee a tumbler will fit to your vehicle and refunds will not be issued for tumblers that do not fit (do not expect a 3D cup to fit. It won't). **No two cups are the same, and minor imperfections are normal. I strive for absolute perfection in every cup and go above and beyond to make your tumblers as perfect as possible, but I am only human. Please be aware of possible cross contamination with glitter and possible minor imperfections
Current turnaround time for MOST orders is 2-3 weeks for epoxy tumblers and 4-12 for 3D tumblers from time of payment UNLESS discussed otherwise (rush fees ($10.00) applied to anything less than 2 weeks).
ALL Custom Orders require down payment prior to beginning your order. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of orders, since the item is handmade and customized for you, there are no returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom items. Cancellations will only be accepted within 12 hours of purchasing.
By receiving an invoice, the initial design session has already taken place and is agreed upon. Change your mind after the design session? From the time of placing the order, you have 24 hours to modify your order, to receive a refund or change the design. Each tumbler is hand made by Eva OR Megan and is uniquely imperfect. There may be slight imperfections. These do not take away from the functionality or affect its use- it just adds a little character and that special charm that cannot be duplicated with items that have been mass produced. No two will ever be exactly the same.
Bottles and tumblers used - I normally order from the below shops if you'd like to see sizing options. If this is not something I have on hand, I will also order from Amazon or local stores if you're looking for something outside of my stock.

EPOXIED TUMBLERS SHOULD BE TREATED LIKE GLASS. THE EPOXY PROVIDES A SMOOTH AND DURABLE SEALANT. IT IS NOT SHATTER PROOF NOR CRACK PROOF EVEN THOUGH I USE A VERY HIGH-QUALITY RESIN TO OFFER YOU GREAT PROTECTION. PLEASE HANDLE IT WITH CARE.

Custom Made Tumblers have a shipping time of 2 to 6 weeks depending on orders in queue. I will email or message you for more information on color choices and personalization's. ADDRESS CHANGE: Once an order is placed, I cannot change the shipping address. Be sure to double check that all of your information is correct prior to checking out.
ORDER CHANGE & ADD-ONS: Once your order is placed, you cannot add-on or change your order. This includes any type of personalization. Please double check all of your order information prior to checking out to ensure it is all correct.
TUMBLER INFORMATION: All tumblers will come with a lid. At times your tumbler will come with a hard plastic reusable straw. All tumblers can be used to keep drinks cold or hot. All tumblers are handcrafted (this means made by my own two hands and NOT A MACHINE) which also means that there may be small imperfections. All tumblers are made with high quality materials to include epoxy, glitter, double wall stainless steel tumblers, etc.
TUMBLER CARE INFORMATION: DO NOT PUT IN THE MICROWAVE. DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER. HAND WASH YOUR TUMBLERS ONLY. DO NOT SOAK. DO NOT DROP. HANDLE WITH CARE. DO NOT USE ABRASIVE CHEMICALS. DO NOT LEAVE IN EXTREME HEAT.
RUSH ORDERS: We do not provide any “rush” services. All orders are completed in the order they were received.
EMAIL INQUIRIES: Questions and order inquiries can be sent to wtfccsales@outlook.com. If your email includes a question that is answered within these shop policies, your email will go unanswered. If your order is still within the processing time and you are requesting updates as to when your order ships, your email will go unanswered. Email responses for legitimate questions will receive a response within 24-48 business hours.
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped through USPS OR UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information via the email you made the order with. I am not responsible for any delays in shipping. Once your order ships, I cannot provide you any information about where your tumbler is as I do not control USPS/UPS. Please understand that shipping delays are more frequent during holiday seasons.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: It is highly RECOMMENDED to keep ROUTE+ Shipping insurance in your cart when placing your order. If you refuse to include ROUTE+ Shipping insurance, you (the customer) are agreeing, upon placing your order, that you are responsible for filing any claims to USPS.
Route covers lost, stolen and damaged items that fit their listed criteria. Route offers options for refunds or to receive a replacement. When refunding, route covers the subtotal of the order. Shopping costs, taxes and the route premium are not included. When replacing an item, route covers the subtotal of the order, the route premium, shipping costs and taxes. Route is very responsive to claims made (much faster than USPS) and is more likely to accept your claim versus deny the claim, like USPS will likely do. It is highly recommended that you keep Route in your cart if your items require shipping. The premiums are no less than 98 cents, and a bit more depending on the number of products added to the cart. Route is 100% worth it. I will not refund or replace items lost, stolen or damaged if a claim is denied by USPS. While I do believe the customer should not be punished by fault of the Post Office, I also believe that I should not be penalized either, which is why I offer the Route option and recommend it. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AND/OR REFUND AN ORDER AT ANY POINT IN TIME. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE AT ANY POINT IN TIME FOR ANY REASON.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
