SHIPPING: All orders are shipped through USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive your tracking information via the email you made the order with. WTFCC IS not responsible for any delays in shipping. Once your order ships, WTFCC cannot provide you any information about where your tumbler is as we do not control USPS. Please understand that shipping delays are more frequent during holiday seasons.
SHIPPING INSURANCE: It is highly RECOMMENDED to keep ROUTE+ Shipping insurance in your cart when placing your order. If you refuse to include ROUTE+ Shipping insurance, you (the customer) are agreeing, upon placing your order, that you are responsible for filing any claims to USPS.
